Ingredients

  • 3 Cup Flour
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
  • 3 Cups Peeled Apples
  • 1 Cup Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour pans. In large bowl, mix at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients 2 miutes.

Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.

Frost with two cups of whipped cream.
