  • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1/4 CUP RED WINE
  • 3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 1 TSP GROUND GINGER
  • 1 TSP MOLASSES

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER , POUR OVER MEAT AND REFRIGERATE 12 TO 24 HOURS AND COOK MEAT TILL DESIRED
