Ingredients
- Pasta:
- Bow Ties, Fusilli, Wagon wheels, Rigatoni, Elbows,
- Medium shells,Penne, or Tortellini
- Add a Protein:
- Chicken, cooked and chopped
- Steak, cooked and chopped
- Roast beef, chopped
- Canned tuna, drained and flked
- Shrimp, cooked and chopped
- Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- Add Vegetables:
- Broccoli florets, blached
- Corn Kernels, blanched
- Carrots, shredded
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Green beans, blanched and chopped
- Frozen peas
- Celery, sliced
- Cucumber, diced
- Red onion, diced
- Bell pepper, diced
- Asparagus, blanched and chopped
- Pick a Mix-In:
- Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Roasted red peppers, chopped
- Olives, pitted and chopped
- Any cheese, shredded or crumbled
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Make and add a Salad Dressing:
- Vinaigrette, or
- Creamy Herb, or
- Garli Oil, or a
- Creamy Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Make one of the dressings, then pour over the:
pasta salad and toss.
Season with salt and pepper
Chill for up to 3 hours
