Shrimp Chowder

  • 3 red potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb shrimp, chopped
  • parsley
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 bottle clam juice
  • bacon bits
  • butter & olive oil
  • 2 tbls flour
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 1 box vegetable broth


Servings 8
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 50mins


Step 1

Saute leeks in butter and olive oil; add flour. Add broth and potatoes; cook until potatoes are tender. Add parsley, Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper to taste. Add milk and clam juice and heat through.

Once heated, add shrimp and bacon bits and cook until shrimp are cooked.
