Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 cans 14.5 oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can 14.5 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 2 pkg. chili seasoning or 2.5 oz
- 1 can kidney beans undrained
- 1 can red beans undrained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in celery, green pepper and onion cook until onion is transparent. Add ground beef breaking it apart into crumbles and no longer pink. Pour in all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Mix in vinegar.
