Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated (cheese grater) or processed (with food processor) Cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp pesto (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

-Preheat oven to 450

-Whisk everything together very well (using a big whisk or fork)

-Place in 1/4 cup mounds on a parchment lined baking sheet sprayed with olive oil

-Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 5
