Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 can (l4 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) Kraft deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner
Preparation
Step 1
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Add green pepper and onion; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes, water and macaroni. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring twice. Stir in cheese sauce until blended.
