Parmesan Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well to center of mixture. Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs until well blended. Add to flour mixture, and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin pans, fitting two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
