Cheese Biscuits With Chipotle Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 (6.25-oz.) pkg. all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 (6-oz.) package cornbread mix
  • 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. fajita seasoning (optional)
  • chipotle butter

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 5 ingredients, and, if desired, fajita seasoning. Pat or roll dough out onto a lightly floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut dough with a 2-lnch round cutter, and place rounds on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Serve with Chipotle Butter.
