Watermelon Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 c. diced watermelon for garnish
• 4 c. diced watermelon
• 4 ice-filled glasses
• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• 2 tbsp. lime juice
• 1/3 c. ginger ale

Preparation

Step 1

Freeze 1 cup diced watermelon for garnish. Puree 4 cups diced watermelon. Strain, divide the juice among 4 ice-filled glasses. Top each with 1 1/2 ounces gin; 2 tablespoons lime juice and 1/3 cup ginger ale. Garnish with the frozen watermelon and lime wedges.
