Ingredients
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar to taste
- 1 1/4 c. fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 4 tall glasses ice plus 1 1/2 oz. dark rum in each glass
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 3 cups boiling water with 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves; chill. Add 1 1/4 cups fresh-squeezed lime juice to makes limeade. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice and 1 1/2 ounces dark rum each. Top with the limeade.
