Pan-Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. thinly cut boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish, and dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Fry pork chops, in batches in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Drain on paper towels.
