Yogurt-Herb Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh mint
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, mint, salt, and pepper in bowl. Stir in cucumber, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
