Ingredients
- 1 green tea bag
- 1/2 c fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 c mango chunks, fresh or frozen
- 3-5 ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Brew tea in 4 oz boiling water for 3-5 mins. Remove the bag and let the tea cool to room temp. In a blender combine the brewed tea, yogurt, mango and ice. Blend until smooth.
