Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt and celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried oregano and basil
- 2 slices bread (white, rye, whole wheat)--cut in 1/2" cubes
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, microwave butter on high about 1 minute until melted. Stir in cheese and seasonings until blended. Add bread ; toss to coat. Microwave uncovered on high 3-5 minutes until lightly browned and sizzling, stirring twice. Let stand until crisp and cool. Makes 1 cup.
