Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup wesson oil
- 2 pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, salt, sugar, soda and cinnamon in a large bowl. Make a well in center.
Beat together eggs, oil and strawberries. Pour in well and just stir until moist. Add pecans. Pour into 2 large loaf pans or 4 small ones. Bake at 325 degrees till pick comes out clean.
