Pralines

Ingredients

  • 1 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup real butter
  • 1/3 cup light Karo
  • 1 tablespoons Carnation milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Slowly bring all ingredients (except pecans) to boil, stirring occasionally. When it comes to a rolling boil, boil one minute and 15 seconds without stirring. Remove from heat and beat until it starts thickening. Add pecans. Drop onto waxed paper and let cool.
