Ingredients
- 1 1 1 C. celery, sliced
- 1 1 1 C. green onions, chopped with tops
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 3 3 C. rice, cooked
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery and onions in butter until tender. Add rice, lemon and seasonings; toss lightly. Continue cooking over low heat about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated stirring occasionally. Serve with broiled chicken or fish.
