Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups flour
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- nuts if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar, sour cream, and butter until fluffy. Then add flour, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Place ½ of batter in angel food pan or 2 loaf pans and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture then add rest of batter and then with rest of cinnamon mixture on top. Bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes.
