Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1/3 cup sour cream dip with chives
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup light cream
- salt to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients with a rotary beater. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, garnish with parsley, dollops of additional sour cream dip, or chives. Looks great served in a hollowed-out pumpkin!
