Salmon with Dijon Sauce

  • 4 6 oz. salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c. French's Dijon Mustard
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic


Servings 4
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Season - salmon with salt and pepper. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.

Mix - remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/3 c. sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon.

Bake - Salmon at 400F for 10-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through. Serve with the reserved mustard sauce.
