Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 T. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 T minced fresh tarragon or 1t. dried tarragon
  • 1 t. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. garlic powder
  • 2 T/ lemon juice
  • 1 t. olive oil
  • 2 boneless chix breast (5 oz. each)

Step 1

In shallow bowl combine first 7 ingredients. In another bowl combine lemon juice & oil. Dip chix in lemon juice mix, then crumb mix. In small skillet cook chix over medium heat 4-5 min. on each side.
