Mashed Potatoes, from Taste of Home

- 5 # potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
In large bowl, mash potatoes with butter. Beat in the sour cream, cream cheese,
seasonsings. Put in refrigerator until ready to use. Put in crock pot to heat...on
warm for a couple hours.
