Ingredients
- 3 T Cornstarch (Divided)
- 1/2 C. Water plus 2 T Water
- 1/2 t. Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. beef
- 2 T Oil
- 4 c. Broccoli
- 1 small onion (cut into wedges)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- 1 t. Ground Ginger
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl mix 2T Corn Starch and 2 T water and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Add Beef and Toss
3. Cook over medium heat to desired doneness. Remove and keep warm.
4. Stir fry Broccoli and Onion for 4 to 5 minutes
5. Return Beef to pan
6. Combine soya sauce, water, ginger and remaining cornstarch add to pan
7. Cook and stir for 2 minutes
