- 2 (2 pounds) bags hash browns
- 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 pound sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in 1 stick margarine or butter. Mix hash browns, cheese, onion, sour cream, and soup in large baking dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
