Hawaiian Graham Cracker Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup well-drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Icing:
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 sm can (1 cup) crushed pineapple
  • 1 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. Beat well and add milk, vanilla, coconut, nuts and pineapple. Beat until blended. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.

Icing:
Add butter to sugar, mix well then add pineapple. Stir well and frost cake.
