Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- Plain bread crumbs
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Add 1/2 of chopped celery and onion to ground beef and brown. Cool meat by rinsing with hot water and put in bowl. Add rest of celery and onion. Add salt, pepper, eggs, mushrooms. Mix well. Add bread crumbs until it all sticks together. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
