Brazilian Beans

Ingredients
- 4 cans pinto beans
- or
- 8 c. water and 1 lb. beans cooked in pressure cooker on high for 30 minutes
- 8 strips Bacon
- 6 oz. Sausage
- 1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Parsley (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
1) Rinse beans; add to pot with enough to cover beans (approx. 1 cm. excess)
2) Fry bacon and sausage
3) Add onion and garlic to pan; fry with bacon and sausage
4) Combine fried ingredients with beans
5) Add parsley
6) Simmer (about 30 minutes)
