Cracker Barrel® Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. grated colby cheese
  • 2 lb. frozen hashbrowns

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Mix in potatoes and pour into pan. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
