Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 cups instant rice
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (15 oz) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions
In a medium saucepan over low heat mix cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup with one can of water and the butter. Gradually stir in cheese until melted.
In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, rice, soup and cheese mixture.
Pour mixture into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
