Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger, with the juice

Preparation
Step 1
Place shrimp in a plastic bag. Combine the oil, garlic and ginger and pour over the shrimp. Twist bag shut and squish the oil through the shrimp to coat. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs or overnight.
