  • Single Serving:
  • 1 hardboiled egg, chopped
  • 1/2 Avocado, smashed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • To increase the serving, simply double the ingredients.



Step 1

1. Chop egg(s)
2. Mash avocado in bowl.
3. Add egg(s) to avocado and mix
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Serve on its own or on some toast.
