- Single Serving:
- 1 hardboiled egg, chopped
- 1/2 Avocado, smashed
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- To increase the serving, simply double the ingredients.
1. Chop egg(s)
2. Mash avocado in bowl.
3. Add egg(s) to avocado and mix
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Serve on its own or on some toast.
