Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Large Can Pineapple
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Beaten Egg Yolks
- 1 9" Baked Pie Shell
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, stir until mixture thickens.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Spread meringue on top and bake.
