Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Large Can Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Beaten Egg Yolks
  • 1 9" Baked Pie Shell

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, stir until mixture thickens.

Pour into baked pie shell.

Spread meringue on top and bake.
