Ingredients
- Dissolve 2 pkg yeast in 1/4 cup warm water
- Beat 2 eggs well
- Add 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cube butter, melted
- Add yeast mixture.
- Add 4 1/2 cups flour

Step 1
Mix well with a spoon. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Place in fridge. Take out 3 hours before baking. Let rise 1 hour. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll out into a circle and cut into wedges. Spread with orange filling. Roll large to small. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake 425 for 8-10 minutes.
Orange Filling: 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Grated orange rind from 2-3 large
