Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1 t CINNAMON
- 2/3 C SUGAR
- 1/2 C BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 2 EGGS
- 1 1/2 t VANILLA
- 1 1/2 C FLOUR
- 1 3/4 C BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 C MILK
- 1 C APPLE , PEELED AND CHOPPED
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* GREASE AND FLOUR 9X5 LOAF PAN.
MIX BROWN SUGAR AND CINNAMON, SET ASIDE.
BEAT SUGAR AND BUTTER, ADD EGGS, ADD VANILLA.COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND ADD TO BUTTER MIXTURE, ADD MILK.
POUR 1/2 BATTER INTO PAN, ADD 1/2 APPLE AND AND 1/2 BROWN SUGAR MIX. POUR REMAINING BATTER, TOP WITH REMAINING APPLE AND BROWN SUGAR MIX. SWIRL BATTER. BAKE 30-40 MINUTES.
