Ingredients
- 5 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 cups of your favorite chex cereal
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Stir in salt. Add chex. Stir until all pieces are coated. Continue to heat and stir for 4-6 mins or until chex are lightly toasted. Sprinkle on cheese. Stir to coat all pieces; spread on paper towels to cool.
