Ingredients
- DIP:
- 1 1 1 C. plain yogurt
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. honey
- DIPPERS:
- 4 4 1/2 C. fresh fruit, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (bananas, apples, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, etc.)
- 1 1 3/4 C. cheddar cheese, 3/4 inch cubed
- 1 1 3/4 C. swiss cheese, 3/4 inch cubed
- 8 8 8-inch skewers, 8-inch
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl stir together yogurt and honey. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, assemble dippers by alternating fruit pieces and cheese cubes on skewers. Serve with yogurt dip.
