Chocolate Dipped Clementines

• 6 clementines, peeled and segmented
• 1 3.5-ounce chocolate bar (use good quality chocolate)
• coarse sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Dip half the clementine in the chocolate
3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
