Raspberry Glace Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg No Bake Cheesecake (jello brand is good)
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg raspberry jello
• 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
• 1 can (11oz)mandarin orange segment, drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare cheesecake as directed on package. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min or until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min. or until sightly thickened.
3. Arrange fruit over cheesecake; top with gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin layer is firm.
