Macaroni Sauté

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 Cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 Cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (12 Oz) tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté Beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meat is brown and macaroni turns slightly yellow. Drain any excess fat. Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 min. Remove cover and simmer for a few more min. Until desired consistency.
