Ingredients
- Grind in food processor or meat grinder:
- 2 medium conch (raw)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 raw tomato
- 1/2 sweet pepper (peeled, cored and sliced)
- 1/2 bird (hot) pepper
- 1 rib celery
- To this paste add:
- 1 tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well and drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat (375 degrees). Fry until light golden brown. Serve with hot sauce and caution!
