Homemade Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches
- 12 whole-wheat English muffins
- 12 fully-cooked Turkey sausage patties (I use Jimmy Dean)
- 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- Salt, pepper (and any other seasoning you like)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk the eggs together. Flavor with salt, pepper and Tuscan seasoning.
Pour the eggs into a well-greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake the eggs for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the English muffins.
Spread a little butter on one side of each English muffin.
Place cheese and sausage on each English muffin.
When the eggs are done, cut into twelve slices.
Place the egg slices on the English muffins.
Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap and put in 2 large freezer bags.
Place the bags in the freezer.
Reheat and eat for breakfast!
