If not using whipped cream immediately add stabilizer called Whip It (specialty gourmet stores). Small envelope will help whipped cream hold for hours

Ingredients
- 1 c heavy cream
- 2 T powdered sugar
- 2 t cocoa powder
Preparation
Step 1
In chilled bowl, whip cream until begin to thicken. Add sugar & cocoa. Continue to whip til soft peaks form. Store coverd in refridge
