Molded Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. orange Jello
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 C boiling water
  • 1 C undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1 C chopped nuts
  • 1 C mandarin orange segments
  • 1/2 C grated coconut
  • 1 C sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add pineapple and cool in the refrigerator. When gelatin is slightly thickened, add nuts, orange segments, coconut, and sour cream. Blend and pour into mold. Chill in refrigerator
