Ingredients
- 24 oz salt
- 2 ox black pepper
- 6 oz red pepper
- 2 oz garlic powder
- 4 oz polutry seasoning
- 6 oz louisisana hot sauce
- 2 onions, quartered
- 1/2 stalk celery
- water to cover
- Cheapest brand turkey
Preparation
Step 1
mix everything in a big ice chest.
Turn Turkey 3-4 times a day for at least 2 days.
Heat peanut oil to 350.
Fry until internal temp is 180-185.
A 38 quart pot uses 4 gallons peanut oil.
