Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg, yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- Kraft caramels, melted
- Milk chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 350*F.
2. Process10 mins
In a food processor, combine 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup butter, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract and process until a smooth ball of dough forms.
3. Scoop & Roll10 mins
Scoop two-tablespoonful mounds of dough and roll them into balls. Roll the balls in 1 cup finely chopped pecans, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake12 mins
Using the back of a half teaspoon, make a well in the center of each ball. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes and cool completely.
5. Drizzle5 mins
Fill each well with caramel and allow it to set, then drizzle with chocolate and allow to set.
