Bacon-Cheese Swirled Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups hot water
  • 3 ounces potato flakes
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup fat-free ranch salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and dry
milk powder. Mix well using a fork. Add Ranch dressing, Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Mix
gently just to combine. Serve at once.
