Peach Pie

Ingredients
- Pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie
- 5 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T butter
- 2 T sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 425
Stir together flour, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon
Add peaches – mix together
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan and dot with butter
Cover with top crust, cut slits, seal edges
Sprinkle top with 2 T sugar
Cover edges with pastry shield
Bake about 25 minutes until top is golden, then reduce heat to 375 and continue baking until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust (about 25 minutes).
