Let your salmon sit out for 15 minutes before baking.
Preheat oven to 400 F (hot oven)
Oil both sides of your salmon with olive oil.
Season with sea salt.
Bake skin side up for 30-35 minutes.
Let rest in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
