Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper, chopped
  • 1.6 oz bottle Certo
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT Certo, cook over low 45 minutes. Stir often, turn to moderate heat to bring to boil. Remove immediately, let stand 5 minutes, stir in Certo, stir well, fill jars & seal.
